Grant Requests for the 2025-26 school year are due by May 28.
Applications received after that date won’t be considered this year, but we encourage you to apply again once the 2026-27 grant cycle is open.
Grant Process Overview:
- Requests can be made by coaches, club leaders, staff members, the Principal, or the Athletic Director.
- Membership in the Booster Club is required to request funding. Requesters will be able to join Boosters on the funding request form,
- Requests will be made using an electronic request form.
- In the 2025–2026 academic year, the maximum amount a team or club may request is $1,000.
- The Athletic Director or Principal will review and approve applications before they move to the board for consideration. A representative from the requesting team or club should be available to answer any questions regarding the proposal, whether from the AD, Principal, or the board.
- Grants should be submitted at least three weeks prior to the next Boosters meeting to allow time for review by Principal/AD and board prior to bringing forward for a full Boosters vote.
- Approval requires a two-thirds majority of Boosters present at the monthly meeting.
- Funding Requests will be considered and voted on at every monthly Boosters meeting starting in October of each school year.
- A grant calendar will be posted on the Grants page of the Boosters website.
