Grant Process Overview:

  • Requests can be made by coaches, club leaders, the Principal, or the Athletic Director 
  • Membership in the Booster Club is required to request funding. Requesters will be able to join Boosters on the funding request form 
  • Requests will be made using an electronic request form 
  • In 2026, the maximum amount a team or club may request is $1,000. 
  • Athletic Director or Principal will review and approve applications. 
  • Approvals must be completed at least one week before the next board meeting, where Funding Requests is a voting item on the agenda 
  • Someone from the requesting team or club should attend the meeting to present their proposal 
  • A 2/3 majority vote of the board members (not booster members) present will determine approval or not.  
  • Funding Requests will be considered and voted on every month starting in October.
